Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. We tend to do a meal we are familiar with that is quick and easy so we have more time to do the fun stuff. If you do the same the “Caturday Recipe” series will be for you. No videos, no pop ups, no explanation of the mountain we hiked to pick the lettuce… just a plain ole’ fashioned Keto Cream Cheese Fudge recipe.
Keto Cream Cheese Fudge
Ingredients
½ cup salted butter | 2 oz. unsweetened chocolate |
1 Tbsp. vanilla | 8 oz. cream cheese, softened |
½ cup sweetener |
Directions
- Place butter and chocolate in a small pot and melt over low heat. When chocolate and butter is just melted, add vanilla and sweetener and blend together.
- Place cream cheese in a medium bowl and pour chocolate mixture over it.
- With a hand mixer, mix about 2 minutes until smooth.
- Pour into a small greased pan.
- Let sit in the fridge for at least an hour. Score 18 pieces.
