Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Icy Fat Bomb
Ingredients
- 2 cups – heavy cream
- 4 lg – egg yolks
- 2/3 cups – sour cream
- 1/2 tsp – sweetener
- 2 tsp – cinnamon
Directions
- Place egg yolks in a double broiler with 1 cup of cream, the sweetener, and cinnamon
- Cook slowly to a custard like texture
- Chill for one hour and mix in remaining cream and the sour cream till smooth
- Portion and freeze
