Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Belgian Chaffle Recipe
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Almond Flour
½ cup Mozzarella Cheese
1 Egg
½ Tbsp. Sweetener
¼ tsp. Vanilla
Directions:
- Mix together the almond flour, egg, cheese, sweetener and vanilla with an immersion blender.
- Pour the batter into the waffle maker and cook approximately 3 minutes.
