Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Greek Walnut Salad
Ingredients:
¼ cup Cucumber | 41 grams lettuce |
1 Tbsp. Feta Cheese | ¼ cup Tomato |
½ Tbsp. Greek Dressing | 1/8 cup Walnuts |
Directions:
- Cut up the ingredients into bite size portions.
- Mix together well.
