Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Keto Brownie Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1/2 cup Sweetener
- 1/3 cup Unsweetened Baking Cocoa Powder
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- ¼ tsp. Baking Powder
- ½ cup Almond Flour
- ½ cup Melted Butter
- ¼ cup Crushed Walnuts
Directions
- Add all the ingredients except the walnuts. Mix until combined.
- Add walnuts and stir by hand.
- Put in a small, greased pan.
- Bake 20-25 minutes at 350 F pre-heated oven.
