Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. No videos, no pop ups, no explanation of the mountain we hiked to pick the lettuce… just a plain ole’ fashioned Keto Hollandaise Sauce recipe.
Keto Hollandaise Sauce
Ingredients:
4 egg yolks | ½ cup butter |
Lemon to taste |
Directions:
- Heat the butter.
- Whip the eggs. Begin slowly adding heated butter while whipping the eggs.
- Add lemon to taste.
- If it does not thicken, put in microwave 15 seconds, take out and whip. Repeat until thickened.
