Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. We tend to do a meal we are familiar with that is quick and easy so we have more time to do the fun stuff. If you do the same the “Caturday Recipe” series is for you. No videos, no pop ups, no explanation of the mountain we hiked to pick the lettuce… just a plain ole’ fashioned Almond Cheesecake Fat Bomb recipe.

Almond Cheesecake Fat Bomb

Almond Cheesecake Fat Bomb

Ingredients

8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened½ cup Butter Softened
1/3 cup Sweetener1 tsp. Vanilla
1/3 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips1 cup Almond Flour

Directions:

  1. Mix together well.
  2. Use a spoon to scoop out balls of mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
  3. Place in fridge to set.
  4. Store in the fridge.

Makes 15 fat bombs
Per Serving = 84% fats, 6% carbs, 10% protein
