Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Almond Cheesecake Fat Bomb
Ingredients
8 oz. Cream Cheese Softened | ½ cup Butter Softened |
1/3 cup Sweetener | 1 tsp. Vanilla |
1/3 cup Lily’s Chocolate Chips | 1 cup Almond Flour |
Directions:
- Mix together well.
- Use a spoon to scoop out balls of mixture onto parchment lined cookie sheet.
- Place in fridge to set.
- Store in the fridge.
