Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. We tend to do a meal we are familiar with that is quick and easy so we have more time to do the fun stuff. If you do the same the “Caturday Recipe” series will be for you. No videos, no pop ups, no explanation of the mountain we hiked to pick the lettuce… just a plain ole’ fashioned recipe.
Keto Recipe For: Cheesy Sausage Puffs
Ingredients:
6 Cooked Breakfast Sausages | 1 cup Shredded Cheese |
2 Eggs | 2 Tbsp. Melted Butter |
1 Tbsp. Sour Cream | ¼ tsp. Baking Powder |
¼ tsp. Salt | ¼ tsp. Garlic Powder |
½ Cup + 2 Tbsp. Almond Flour |
Directions:
- Combine melted butter, eggs, sour cream, salt and garlic powder. Whisk together.
- Add flour and baking powder. Combine well.
- Stir in chopped up sausage and shredded cheese.
- Roll into balls and place on baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake at 375 F for 14 minutes.
Makes 15 Puffs
