Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Keto Sausage Balls
Ingredients
- 1 cup – almond flour
- 8 oz – italian sausage
- 8 oz – ground pork
- 1 cup – shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup – heavy cream
Directions
- Mash sausage in bowl.
- Add other ingredients and mix well.
- Form into equally sized balls.
- Place on greased baking pan.
- Bake in 350° pre-heated oven until internal temperature reaches 165°
