Keto Pulled Pork
Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1Tbsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. garlic salt
- 1 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1 Tbsp. chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 cup chicken broth
- pork shoulder
Directions
- Mix spices together and rub into meat.
- Put in large ziplock bag and refrigerate the meat for 3-24 hours.
- Cook on low in crock pot with 1 cup of chicken broth till it pulls apart easily.
