Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. Keto Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 4 large eggs
- ¼ cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp vanilla
- ½ tsp baking powder
- Butter for frying
Directions
- Mix ingredients together
- Grease the frying pan with butter. Pour in the batter and cook.
- Serve with butter and sugar-free, keto-friendly maple syrup.
