Egg Roll In A Bowl Recipe
INGREDIENTS
6 oz. Ground Beef | 2 cups Coleslaw Mix |
1 ½ Tbsp. Soy Sauce | 1 tsp. Garlic Powder |
¼ tsp. Ground Ginger | ¼ cup Water |
DIRECTIONS
- Cook the ground beef in a skillet.
- Add coleslaw mix, soy sauce, garlic powder, ginger and water. Mix well.
- Cover with lid and cook until coleslaw mix starts to wilt.
