Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. We tend to do a meal we are familiar with that is quick and easy so we have more time to do the fun stuff. If you do the same the “Caturday Recipe” series will be for you. No videos, no pop ups, no explanation of the mountain we hiked to pick the lettuce… just a plain ole’ fashioned Keto Donuts recipe.
Keto Donuts
Ingredients
1 cup Almond Flour | 1/3 cup Butter (melted) |
¼ cup Sweetener | 3 Large Eggs |
2 Tbsp Cream | 1 tsp. Baking Powder |
1 tsp. Vanilla |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Melt butter and blend with cream and sweetener until smooth.
- Add eggs and vanilla. Blend well.
- Add almond flour and baking powder. Mix well.
- Spoon the dough into donut molds. Do not overfill.
- Bake about 15 minutes until done. Remove and let cool completely before removing from pan.
- Roll in granulated sweetener or ice with frosting.
