Saturday or “Caturday” as we call it in our house is a good chance to decompress, spend some time with the kitties, do a little prep and get ready for the week ahead with a new keto recipe. We tend to do a meal we are familiar with that is quick and easy so we have more time to do the fun stuff. If you do the same the “Caturday Recipe” series is for you. No videos, no pop ups, no explanation of the mountain we hiked to pick the lettuce… just a plain ole’ fashioned Keto Flatbread recipe.
KETO FLATBREAD
Ingredients:
2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded | 2 Tbsp. cream cheese |
2 eggs | ½ cup almond flour |
Seasoning to taste |
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 F. Put parchment paper on baking sheet.
- Cream together mozzarella and cream cheese. Heat in a microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring in between. Do this until blending together.
- Mix together egg and flour. Add melted cheese to the mixture.
- Press the mixture onto the baking sheet. Flatten as evenly as you can.
- Top with additional seasonings if desired.
- Bake 15-17 minutes, until golden brown.
