It’s Father’s Day, and we want to celebrate those amazing men in our lives! Now, traditionally, men received ties for Father’s Day, but that was for the times when men wore ties to work. Here are some keto gifts for dad that he will definitely enjoy and appreciate!

Firstly, we start out with the kitchen equipment that a keto dad will appreciate. These are must-haves for Bill in the kitchen.
10 – A salad spinner – I am not kidding. This was a game changer in our house. We were constantly complaining of our salads being watery and the dressing not mixing well. Who knew that a $10 salad spinner could make such a big difference!
9 – Immersion blender – This one costs a little more, but it has a huge payoff. We use our immersion blender for chaffles, whipped cream, and some of our baked goods. Without it, you end up with chunks of butter or cream cheese. When ours broke, we went out and bought a new one. If you don’t already have this item, you need it!
8 – Vacuum sealer – We buy most of our meat and cheese from Costco, so when we get it, there is a lot of it. We pre-portion it and put it in the freezer so all we need to do is pull it out that morning and it is ready to prepare for dinner. The vacuum sealer makes sure we don’t lose any of it to freezer burn, and it fits nicely into a small space. It’s also kind of fun to use. This is a must-have for us.

4 – A mirror – Yes, dads need positive reinforcement for their weight loss too. Get dad a full-length mirror so he can see the differences keto has made for him.
